Using matter-wave interference, we have investigated thermal phase fluctuations in narrow coplanar, concentric rings of ultracold fermionic superfluids. We found that the correlation length decreases with number density, consistent with theoretical expectations. We also observed that increasing the coupling between the rings leads to greater overall coherence in the system. The phase fluctuations increased with a change from periodic to closed boundary conditions as we applied a potential barrier at one point in a ring. These results are relevant for the implementation of proposals to utilize ultracold quantum gases in large and elongated circuit-like geometries, especially those that require deterministic preparation and control of quantized circulation states.

The scarcity of comprehensive datasets in surveillance, identification, image retrieval systems, and healthcare poses a significant challenge for researchers in exploring new methodologies and advancing knowledge in these respective fields. Furthermore, the need for full-body image datasets with detailed attributes like height, weight, age, and gender is particularly significant in areas such as fashion industry analytics, ergonomic design assessment, virtual reality avatar creation, and sports performance analysis. To address this gap, we have created the 'Celeb-FBI' dataset which contains 7,211 full-body images of individuals accompanied by detailed information on their height, age, weight, and gender. Following the dataset creation, we proceed with the preprocessing stages, including image cleaning, scaling, and the application of Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). Subsequently, utilizing this prepared dataset, we employed three deep learning approaches: Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), 50-layer ResNet, and 16-layer VGG, which are used for estimating height, weight, age, and gender from human full-body images. From the results obtained, ResNet-50 performed best for the system with an accuracy rate of 79.18% for age, 95.43% for gender, 85.60% for height and 81.91% for weight.

The general case was proved by H. Shi and H. Yang. Using the notions of ultrafilters, J. In this article, introducing the notions of topological dynamics for partial semigroup actions, we find an equivalent dynamical characterization of central sets in partial semigroups\footnote{Recently in \cite{GTG}, authors attempted to do the same but in a different approach.}. In \cite[Question 3]{G}, S. Goswami posed the question: if we replace the single sequence by $l$-sequences, then is it possible to obtain a sum subsystem such that all of its zigzag finite sums and products will be in $A$. Goswami has given affirmative answers only for dynamical $IP^{\star}$-sets which are not equivalent to those of $IP^{\star}$-sets, but are rather significantly stronger. In this article, we will give the answer to Goswami's question that was unknown until now.

Our research focuses on the critical field of early diagnosis of disease by examining retinal blood vessels in fundus images. While automatic segmentation of retinal blood vessels holds promise for early detection, accurate analysis remains challenging due to the limitations of existing methods, which often lack discrimination power and are susceptible to influences from pathological regions. Our research in fundus image analysis advances deep learning-based classification using eight pre-trained CNN models. To enhance interpretability, we utilize Explainable AI techniques such as Grad-CAM, Grad-CAM++, Score-CAM, Faster Score-CAM, and Layer CAM. These techniques illuminate the decision-making processes of the models, fostering transparency and trust in their predictions. Expanding our exploration, we investigate ten models, including TransUNet with ResNet backbones, Attention U-Net with DenseNet and ResNet backbones, and Swin-UNET. Incorporating diverse architectures such as ResNet50V2, ResNet101V2, ResNet152V2, and DenseNet121 among others, this comprehensive study deepens our insights into attention mechanisms for enhanced fundus image analysis. Among the evaluated models for fundus image classification, ResNet101 emerged with the highest accuracy, achieving an impressive 94.17%. On the other end of the spectrum, EfficientNetB0 exhibited the lowest accuracy among the models, achieving a score of 88.33%. Furthermore, in the domain of fundus image segmentation, Swin-Unet demonstrated a Mean Pixel Accuracy of 86.19%, showcasing its effectiveness in accurately delineating regions of interest within fundus images. Conversely, Attention U-Net with DenseNet201 backbone exhibited the lowest Mean Pixel Accuracy among the evaluated models, achieving a score of 75.87%.

In \cite{G}, S. Goswami proved the same but a fundamental result on the set of prime numbers $\mathbb{P}$ in $\mathbb{N}$ and proved that for some $k\in\mathbb{N}$, $k\cdot\mathbb{N}\subset\left(\mathbb{P}-\mathbb{P}\right)\cdot\left(\mathbb{P}-\mathbb{P}\right)$. To do so, Goswami mainly proved that the product of an $IP^{\star}$-set with an $IP_{r}^{\star}$-set contains $k\mathbb{N}$. This result is very important and surprising to mathematicians who are aware of combinatorially rich sets. In this article, we extend Goswami's result to large Lntegral Domain, that behave like $\mathbb{N}$ in the sense of some combinatorics. We prove that for a combinatorially rich ($CR$-set) set, $A$, for some $k\in\mathbb{N}$, $k\cdot\mathbb{N}\subset\left(A-A\right)\cdot\left(A-A\right)$. We provide a new proof that if we partition a large Integral Domain, $R$, into finitely many cells, then at least one cell is both additive and multiplicative central, and we prove the converse part, which is a new and unknown result.

Natural Language Inference (NLI) is a cornerstone of Natural Language Processing (NLP), providing insights into the entailment relationships between text pairings. It is a critical component of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), demonstrating the ability to extract information from spoken or written interactions. NLI is mainly concerned with determining the entailment relationship between two statements, known as the premise and hypothesis. When the premise logically implies the hypothesis, the pair is labeled "entailment". If the hypothesis contradicts the premise, the pair receives the "contradiction" label. When there is insufficient evidence to establish a connection, the pair is described as "neutral". Despite the success of Large Language Models (LLMs) in various tasks, their effectiveness in NLI remains constrained by issues like low-resource domain accuracy, model overconfidence, and difficulty in capturing human judgment disagreements. This study addresses the underexplored area of evaluating LLMs in low-resourced languages such as Bengali. Through a comprehensive evaluation, we assess the performance of prominent LLMs and state-of-the-art (SOTA) models in Bengali NLP tasks, focusing on natural language inference. Utilizing the XNLI dataset, we conduct zero-shot and few-shot evaluations, comparing LLMs like GPT-3.5 Turbo and Gemini 1.5 Pro with models such as BanglaBERT, Bangla BERT Base, DistilBERT, mBERT, and sahajBERT. Our findings reveal that while LLMs can achieve comparable or superior performance to fine-tuned SOTA models in few-shot scenarios, further research is necessary to enhance our understanding of LLMs in languages with modest resources like Bengali. This study underscores the importance of continued efforts in exploring LLM capabilities across diverse linguistic contexts.

$IP$ sets play a fundamental role in arithmetic Ramsey theory. The Finite Sums Theorem states that if we partition $\mathbb{N}$ into finitely many cells, then atleast one cell is an $IP$-set. N.Hindman proved the Finite Sums Theorem comboinatorillay in \cite{H}, which was a conjecture of Graham and Rothschild, and an algebraic proof of the Finite Sums Theorem is followed from \cite[Corollary 5.10]{HS}. In \cite[Theorem 2.6]{BH94} V. Bergelson and Hindman combinatorially proved that for an additive $IP^{\star}$ set $A$ and any sequence $\langle x_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}$ there exists a sum subsystem $\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}$ of $\langle x_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}$ such that $FS\left(\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\cup FP \left(\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\subset A$. For multiplicative $IP^{\star}$-set, an analogous study was made by A.sisto in \cite{S} using algebra of the Stone-$\check{C}$ Compactification of $\mathbb{N}$ and he proved that for any multiplicative $IP^{\star}$ set $A$ there exist some infinite sequences $\langle x_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}$ and $\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}$ of $\mathbb{N}$ such that $FS\left(\langle x_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\cup FE^{I}\left(\langle x_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\cup FP\left(\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\cup FE^{II}\left(\langle y_{n}\rangle_{n=1}^{\infty}\right)\subseteq A$. In this article, we will provide a combinatorial proof of the same result.

In \cite{key-1}, V. Bergelson and N. Hindman studied how rich additive $IP^{\star}$ sets are. They proved additive $IP^{\star}$ sets ($AIP^{\star}$ in short) contain finite sums and finite products of a single sequence. An analogous study was made by A. Sisto in\cite{key-3}, where he proved that multiplicative $IP^{\star}$ sets ($MIP^{\star}$ in short) contain exponential tower\footnote{will be defined later} and finite product of a single sequence. However exponential patterns can be defined in two different ways. In this article we will prove that $MIP^{\star}$ sets contain two different exponential patterns and finite product of a single sequence. This immediately improves the result of A. Sisto. We also construct a $MIP^\star$ set, not arising from the recurrence of measurable dynamical systems. Throughout our work we will use the machinery of the algebra of the Stone-Čech Compactification of $\mathbb{N}$.

In \cite{BHK}, Bergelson, Hindman and Kra showed that if $A$ is an $IP$-set, a central set, an $IP^{\star}$-set, or a central$^{\star}$-set, then $g_{α,γ}\left[A\right]$ is the corresponding objects. Hindman and Johnsons extended this result to include several other notions of largeness: $C$-sets, $J$-sets, strongly central sets, piecwise syndetic sets, $AP$-sets syndetic set, $C^{\star}$-sets, strongly central$^{\star}$- sets . In \cite{DHS}, De, Hindman and Strauss introduced $C$-set and $J$-set and showed that $C$-sets satisfy the conclusion of the Central Sets Theorem. To prepare this article, we have been strongly motivated by the fact that $C$-sets are essential $\mathcal{J}$-sets. In this article, we prove some new results regarding nonhomogeneous spectra of essential $\mathcal{F}$-sets for shift invariant $\mathcal{F}$-sets. We have a special interest in the family $\mathcal{HSD}=\left\{ A\subseteq\mathbb{N}:\sum_{n\in A}\frac{1}{n}=\infty\right\} $ as this family is directly connected with the famous Erdős sum of reciprocal conjecture and as a consequence we get $g_{α,γ}\left[\mathbb{P}\right]\in\mathcal{HSD}$, where $\mathbb{P}$ is the set of prime numbers in $\mathbb{N}$. It has been shown that various Ramsey theoretic structures are contained in different algebraic large sets. In this article we will deduce the combinatorial characterization of certain sets, that are the member of the idempotent ultrafilters of the closed subsemigroup of $βS$, arising from certain Ramsey family. In a special case when $S=\mathbb{N}$, we will deduce that sets which are the members of all idempotent ultrafilters of those semigroups contain certain additive-multiplicative structures. Later we will generalize this result for weak rings, where we will show a non-commutative version of the additive-multiplicative structure.

The total power generation of the power plant is highly nonlinear considering all these elements in the model. We perform a predictive modeling approach to detect the power generation from these turbines by the Gaussian process (GP) model. As there are multiple interconnected turbines, we consider a multivariate Gaussian process (MGP) modeling to predict the power generation from these turbines which can capture the cross-correlations between the turbines. Also, the sensitivity analysis of the input parameters is constructed for each turbine to find out the most important parameters.

Causal theory of dissipative effects are illustrated by Full Israel Stewart theory are implemented. We consider the numerical solutions of evolutions and analytic solutions as a special case for extremely non-linear field equation in Randall Sundrum type II braneworld gravity with Gauss Bonnet coupling. Cosmological models admitting Power law expansion, Exponential expansion and evolution in the vicinity of the stationary solution of the universe are investigated for Full Israel Stewart theory. Stability of equilibrium or fixed points related to the dynamics of evolution in Full Israel Stewart theory in Randall Sundrum type II braneworld gravity together with Gauss Bonnet coupling are disclosed here.

There is a long history of studying Ramsey theory using the algebraic structure of Stone-Cech compactification of discrete semigroup. It has been shown that various Ramsey theoretic structures are contained in different algebraic large sets. In this article we will study elementary characterization of essential F sets. And also study the mixing properties arises from essential F sets.

In this paper, we have presented bulk viscous cosmological model of the universe in the modified gravity theory in which the Lagragian of the gravitational action contains a general function $f(R, T) $, where $R$ and $T$ denote the curvature scalar and the trace of the energy-momentum tensor respectively, in the framework of a flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walker model with isotropic fluid. We obtain cosmological solution in $f(R,T)$ theory of gravity, specially of particular choice $f(R,T)=R+2λT$, where $λ$ is a constant, in the presence of bulk viscosity that are permitted in Eckart theory, Truncated Israel Stewart theory and Full Israel Stewart theory. The physical and geometrical properties of the models in Eckart, Truncated Israel Stewart theory and Full Israel Stewart theory are studied in detail. The analysis of the variation of bulk viscous pressure, energy density, scale factor, Hubble parameter and deceleration parameter with cosmic evolution are done in the respective theories. The models are analyzed by comparison with recent observational data. The cosmological models are compatible with observations.

In this work we will provide the abundance in Quasi Central sets, J-sets and C-sets.

Abstract:
The famous van der Waerden theorem states that if partition N into finitely many cells then one of them will contain arbitrary length arithmetic progressions. It has a polynomial version also. In this article we will prove the near 0 version of the polynomial van der Waerden theorem which was unsolved, using combinatorics.

We study the stability of attractive atomic Bose-Einstein condensate and the macroscopic quantum many-body tunneling (MQT) in the anharmonic trap. We utilize correlated two-body basis function which keeps all possible two-body correlations. The anharmonic parameter ($λ$) is slowly tuned from harmonic to anharmonic. For each choice of $λ$ the many-body equation is solved adiabatically. The use of the van der Waals interaction gives realistic picture which substantially differs from the mean-field results. For weak anharmonicity, we observe that the attractive condensate gains stability with larger number of bosons compared to that in the pure harmonic trap. The transition from resonances to bound states with weak anharmonicity also differs significantly from the earlier study of Moiseyev {\it et.al.}[J. Phys. B: At. Mol. Opt. Phys. {\bf{37}}, L193 (2004)]. We also study the tunneling of the metastable condensate very close to the critical number $N_{cr}$ of collapse and observe that near collapse the MQT is the dominant decay mechanism compared to the two-body and three-body loss rate. We also observe the power law behavior in MQT near the critical point. The results for pure harmonic trap are in agreement with mean-field results. However we fail to retrieve the power law behavior in anharmonic trap although MQT is still the dominant decay mechanism.

Cosmological models admitting both power-law and exponential expansions are explored here in the presence of imperfect fluid described by full Israel and Stewart theory. We note some new and interesting cosmological solutions relevant for model building including present accelerating phase. In the case of power law, it is found that gravitational constant increases as the time evolves for a positive cosmological constant whereas it decreases for a negative cosmological constant. The evolution of temperature of a viscous universe is also determined.

We study cosmologies in modified theories of gravity considering Lagrangian density $f(R)$ which is a polynomial function of scalar curvature ($R$) in the Einstein-Hilbert action in vacuum. The field equation obtained from the modified action corresponding to a Robertson-Walker metric is highly non-linear and not simple enough to obtain analytic solution. Consequently we adopt a numerical technique to study the evolution of the FRW universe.
A number of evolutionary phases of the universe including the present accelerating phase are found to exist in the higher derivative theories of gravity. The cosmological solutions obtained here are new and interesting. We study modified theory of gravity as a toy model to explore the past, the present and predict the future evolution. It is found that all the models analyzed here can reproduce the current accelerating phase of expansion of the universe. The duration of the present accelerating phase is found to depend on the coupling constants of the gravitational action. The physical importance of the coupling parameters those considered in the action are also discussed.
