The dynamics of the $D_{s}^{+} \to f_{0}(980)e^{+}ν_{e}$ decay are studied with the simple pole parameterization of the hadronic form factor and the Flatté formula describing the $f_0(980)$ in the differential decay rate, and the product of the form factor $f^{f_0}_{+}(0)$ and the $c\to s$ Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cs}|$ is determined for the first time to be $f^{f_0}_+(0)|V_{cs}|=0.504\pm0.017_{\rm stat}\pm0.035_{\rm syst}$.

The branching fraction of $D_s^+\to τ^+ν_τ$ is determined to be $(5.44\pm0.17_{\rm stat}\pm0.13_{\rm syst})\%$. The product of the $D_s^+$ decay constant $f_{D_s^+}$ and the CKM matrix element $|V_{cs}|$ is $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}| = (248.3\pm3.9_{\rm stat}\pm3.1_{\rm syst}\pm1.0_{\rm input})~\mathrm{MeV}$. Combining with the $|V_{cs}|$ value obtained from the Standard Model global fit or the $f_{D_s^+}$ from the lattice quantum chromodynamics, we determine $|V_{cs}| = 0.993\pm0.015_{\rm stat}\pm0.012_{\rm syst}\pm0.004_{\rm input}$ and $f_{D_s^+} = (255.0\pm4.0_{\rm stat}\pm3.2_{\rm syst}\pm1.0_{\rm input})~\text{MeV}$. The first uncertainty is statistical, the second one is systematic and the third one is due to the input parameters, mainly the lifetime of $D_s^+$. All results obtained in this work supersede the BESIII previous results based on 6.32 fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data taken at center-of-mass energies between $4.178$ and $4.226$~GeV.

We introduce a framework that recommends music based on the emotions of speech. In content creation and daily life, speech contains information about human emotions, which can be enhanced by music. Our framework focuses on a cross-domain retrieval system to bridge the gap between speech and music via emotion labels. We explore different speech representations and report their impact on different speech types, including acting voice and wake-up words. We also propose an emotion similarity regularization term in cross-domain retrieval tasks. By incorporating the regularization term into training, similar speech-and-music pairs in the emotion space are closer in the joint embedding space. Our comprehensive experimental results show that the proposed model is effective in textless speech-to-music retrieval.

In this work, we study magnetoelastic interactions by means of ultrasound experiments in $α$-RuCl$_3$ -- a prototypical material for the Kitaev spin model on the honeycomb lattice, with a possible spin-liquid state featuring Majorana fermions and $\mathbb{Z}_{2}$-flux excitations. We present results of the temperature and in-plane magnetic-field dependence of the sound velocity and sound attenuation for several longitudinal and transverse phonon modes propagating along high-symmetry crystallographic directions. A comprehensive data analysis above the ordered state provides strong evidence of phonon scattering by Majorana fermions. This scattering depends sensitively on the value of the phonon velocities relative to the characteristic velocity of the low-energy fermionic excitations describing the spin dynamics of the underlying Kitaev magnet. Moreover, our data displays a distinct reduction of anisotropy of the sound attenuation, consistent with randomization, generated by thermally excited $\mathbb{Z}_2$ visons. We demonstrate the potential of phonon dynamics as a promising probe for uncovering fractionalized excitations in $α$-RuCl$_3$ and provide new insights into the $H$-$T$ phase diagram of this material.

Understanding multibody interactions between colloidal particles out of equilibrium has a profound impact on dynamical processes such as colloidal self assembly. However, traditional colloidal interactions are effectively quasi-static on colloidal timescales and cannot be modulated out of equilibrium. A mechanism to dynamically tune the interactions during colloidal contacts can provide new avenues for self assembly and material design. In this work, we develop a framework based on polymer-coated colloids and demonstrate that in-plane surface mobility and mechanical relaxation of polymers at colloidal contact interfaces enable an effective, dynamic interaction. Combining analytical theory, simulations, and optical tweezer experiments, we demonstrate precise control of dynamic pair interactions over a range of pico-Newton forces and seconds timescales. Our model may be used to engineer colloids with exquisite control over the kinetics and thermodynamics of colloidal self-assembly dynamics via interface modulation and nonequilibrium processing.

The resemblance between electrons and optical waves has strongly driven the advancement of mesoscopic physics. However, electron waves have yet to be understood in open cavity structures which have provided contemporary optics with rich insight towards non-Hermitian systems and complex interactions between resonance mode. Here, we report the realization of an open cavity resonator in a two-dimensional electronic system. We studied the resonant electron modes within the cavity and resolved the signatures of longitudinal and transverse quantization, showing that the modes are robust despite the openness of the cavity being highly open to the background continuum. The transverse modes were investigated by applying a controlled deformation to the cavity, and their spatial distributions were further analyzed using magnetoconductance measurements and numerical simulation. These results lay the groundwork to exploring electronic wavefunctions in the context of modern optical systems, such as the dielectric microcavity.

Trit-plane coding enables deep progressive image compression, but it cannot use autoregressive context models. In this paper, we propose the context-based trit-plane coding (CTC) algorithm to achieve progressive compression more compactly. First, we develop the context-based rate reduction module to estimate trit probabilities of latent elements accurately and thus encode the trit-planes compactly. Second, we develop the context-based distortion reduction module to refine partial latent tensors from the trit-planes and improve the reconstructed image quality. Third, we propose a retraining scheme for the decoder to attain better rate-distortion tradeoffs. Extensive experiments show that CTC outperforms the baseline trit-plane codec significantly in BD-rate on the Kodak lossless dataset, while increasing the time complexity only marginally. Our codes are available at https://github.com/seungminjeon-github/CTC.

Analysis of 3-day mean-subtracted sky maps, which were match-filtered for point sources, yielded 29 transients detections. Eight of these transients are due to known asteroids, and three others were previously published. Four of these events occur in areas of with poor noise models and thus we cannot be confident they are real transients. We are left with 14 new transient events occurring at 11 unique locations. All of these events are associated with either rotationally variable stars or cool stars. Ten events have flat or falling spectra indicating radiation from synchrotron emission. One event has a rising spectrum indicating a different engine for the flare.

The increasing statistical power of cosmic microwave background (CMB) datasets requires a commensurate effort in understanding their noise properties. The noise in maps from ground-based instruments is dominated by large-scale correlations, which poses a modeling challenge. This paper develops novel models of the complex noise covariance structure in the Atacama Cosmology Telescope Data Release 6 (ACT DR6) maps. We first enumerate the noise properties that arise from the combination of the atmosphere and the ACT scan strategy. We then prescribe a class of Gaussian, map-based noise models, including a new wavelet-based approach that uses directional wavelet kernels for modeling correlated instrumental noise. The models are empirical, whose only inputs are a small number of independent realizations of the same region of sky. We evaluate the performance of these models against the ACT DR6 data by drawing ensembles of noise realizations. Applying these simulations to the ACT DR6 power spectrum pipeline reveals a $\sim 20\%$ excess in the covariance matrix diagonal when compared to an analytic expression that assumes noise properties are uniquely described by their power spectrum. Along with our public code, $\mathtt{mnms}$, this work establishes a necessary element in the science pipelines of both ACT DR6 and future ground-based CMB experiments such as the Simons Observatory (SO).

To understand and debug convolutional neural networks (CNNs) we propose techniques for testing the channels of CNNs. We design FtGAN, an extension to GAN, that can generate test data with varying the intensity (i.e., sum of the neurons) of a channel of a target CNN. We also proposed a channel selection algorithm to find representative channels for testing. To efficiently inspect the target CNN's inference computations, we define unexpectedness score, which estimates how similar the inference computation of the test data is to that of the training data. We evaluated FtGAN with five public datasets and showed that our techniques successfully identify defective channels in five different CNN models.

Its spin and parity are determined for the first time to be $J^P=1^+$ in an amplitude analysis, with statistical significance greater than $5σ$ over other quantum numbers. The pole positions of $X(2085)$ are measured to be $M_{\rm pole}=(2086\pm4\pm6)$~MeV and $Γ_{\rm pole}=(56\pm5\pm16)$ MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. The analysis is based on the study of the process $e^+e^-\to pK^-\barΛ$ and uses the data samples collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}=4.008$, $4.178$, $4.226$, $4.258$, $4.416$, and $4.682$ GeV with a total integrated luminosity of $8.35~\text{fb}^{-1}$.

The significance of polarization by combining the seven energy points is found to be 2.6$σ$ including the systematic uncertainty, which implies a non-zero phase between the transition amplitudes of the $Λ\barΛ$ helicity states. The modulus ratio and the relative phase of EM-$psionic$ form factors combined with all energy points are measured to be $R^Ψ =$ 0.71$^{+0.10}_{-0.10}$ $\pm$ 0.03 and $ΔΦ^Ψ$ = (23$^{+8.8}_{-8.0}$ $\pm$ 1.6$)^\circ$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.

We build a deep neural network based on the Mask R-CNN framework to detect the Higgs jets and top quark jets in any event image. We propose an algorithm to assign the top quark final states at the ground truth level so that the network can be trained in a supervised manner. A new jet branch is added to the network, which uses constituent information to predict the four-momenta of the original parton, thus intrinsically implementing the pileup mitigation. The network can predict both the shapes and the momenta of target jets. We show that the network surpasses the LorentzNet in top and Higgs tagging and the PELICAN network in momentum regression for certain cases, in terms of reconstruction efficiency and accuracy. We also show that the performance of the network does not degrade much when applied to events of a process different from the trained one and to events with overlap** jets.

The non-zero $gX^2Y$ term for the decay mode $η\toπ^+π^-π^0$ is confirmed, as reported by the KLOE Collaboration, while the other higher-order terms are found to be insignificant. Dalitz plot asymmetries in the $η\toπ^+π^-π^0$ decay are also explored and are found to be consistent with charge conjugation invariance. In addition, a cusp effect is investigated in the $η\toπ^0π^0π^0$ decay, and no obvious structure around the $π^+π^-$ mass threshold is observed.

One-class classification has been a prevailing method in building deep anomaly detection models under the assumption that a dataset consisting of normal samples is available. In practice, however, abnormal samples are often mixed in a training dataset, and they detrimentally affect the training of deep models, which limits their applicability. For robust normality learning of deep practical models, we propose an unsupervised deep one-class classification that learns normality from pseudo-labeled normal samples, i.e., outlier detection in single cluster scenarios. To this end, we propose a pseudo-labeling method by an adaptive threshold selected by ranking-based training dynamics. The experiments on 10 anomaly detection benchmarks show that our method effectively improves performance on anomaly detection by sizable margins.

In this paper, we introduce Jointist, an instrument-aware multi-instrument framework that is capable of transcribing, recognizing, and separating multiple musical instruments from an audio clip. Jointist consists of an instrument recognition module that conditions the other two modules: a transcription module that outputs instrument-specific piano rolls, and a source separation module that utilizes instrument information and transcription results. The joint training of the transcription and source separation modules serves to improve the performance of both tasks. The instrument module is optional and can be directly controlled by human users. This makes Jointist a flexible user-controllable framework. Our challenging problem formulation makes the model highly useful in the real world given that modern popular music typically consists of multiple instruments. Its novelty, however, necessitates a new perspective on how to evaluate such a model. In our experiments, we assess the proposed model from various aspects, providing a new evaluation perspective for multi-instrument transcription. Our subjective listening study shows that Jointist achieves state-of-the-art performance on popular music, outperforming existing multi-instrument transcription models such as MT3. We conducted experiments on several downstream tasks and found that the proposed method improved transcription by more than 1 percentage points (ppt.), source separation by 5 SDR, downbeat detection by 1.8 ppt., chord recognition by 1.4 ppt., and key estimation by 1.4 ppt., when utilizing transcription results obtained from Jointist.

Co-exploration of an optimal neural architecture and its hardware accelerator is an approach of rising interest which addresses the computational cost problem, especially in low-profile systems. The large co-exploration space is often handled by adopting the idea of differentiable neural architecture search. However, despite the superior search efficiency of the differentiable co-exploration, it faces a critical challenge of not being able to systematically satisfy hard constraints such as frame rate. To handle the hard constraint problem of differentiable co-exploration, we propose HDX, which searches for hard-constrained solutions without compromising the global design objectives. By manipulating the gradients in the interest of the given hard constraint, high-quality solutions satisfying the constraint can be obtained.

Abstract:
We report the results of the first search for the decay $B_s^0\rightarrowπ^0π^0$ using $121.4\ \rm fb^{-1}$ of data collected at the $Υ(5\rm S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider. We observe no signal and set a 90\% confidence level upper limit of $7.7\times 10^{-6}$ on the $B_s^0\rightarrowπ^0π^0$ decay branching fraction.

Three enhancements around 4.20, 4.47 and 4.67 GeV are visible. The resonances have masses of $4209.6\pm4.7\pm5.9\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$, $4469.1\pm26.2\pm3.6\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$ and $4675.3\pm29.5\pm3.5\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$ and widths of $81.6\pm17.8\pm9.0\,{\rm MeV}$, $246.3\pm36.7\pm9.4\,{\rm MeV}$, and $218.3\pm72.9\pm9.3\,{\rm MeV}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The first and third resonances are consistent with the $ψ(4230)$ and $ψ(4660)$ states, respectively, while the second one is compatible with the $ψ(4500)$ observed in the $e^{+}e^{-}\to K^{+}K^{-}J/ψ$ process. These three charmoniumlike $ψ$ states are observed in $e^{+}e^{-}\to D^{*0}D^{*-}π^{+}$ process for the first time.

Traditional segmentation methods for colonic polyps are mainly designed based on low-level features. They could not accurately extract the location of small colonic polyps. Although the existing deep learning methods can improve the segmentation accuracy, their effects are still unsatisfied. To meet the above challenges, we propose a hybrid network called Fusion-Transformer-HardNetMSEG (i.e., Fu-TransHNet) in this study. Fu-TransHNet uses deep learning of different mechanisms to fuse each other and is enhanced with multi-view collaborative learning techniques. Firstly, the Fu-TransHNet utilizes the Transformer branch and the CNN branch to realize the global feature learning and local feature learning, respectively. Secondly, a fusion module is designed to integrate the features from two branches. The fusion module consists of two parts: 1) the Global-Local Feature Fusion (GLFF) part and 2) the Dense Fusion of Multi-scale features (DFM) part. The former is built to compensate the feature information mission from two branches at the same scale; the latter is constructed to enhance the feature representation. Thirdly, the above two branches and fusion modules utilize multi-view cooperative learning techniques to obtain their respective weights that denote their importance and then make a final decision comprehensively. Experimental results showed that the Fu-TransHNet network was superior to the existing methods on five widely used benchmark datasets. In particular, on the ETIS-LaribPolypDB dataset containing many small-target colonic polyps, the mDice obtained by Fu-TransHNet were 12.4% and 6.2% higher than the state-of-the-art methods HardNet-MSEG and TransFuse-s, respectively.

Inspired by humans comprehending speech in a multi-modal manner, various audio-visual datasets have been constructed. However, most existing datasets focus on English, induce dependencies with various prediction models during dataset preparation, and have only a small number of multi-view videos. To mitigate the limitations, we recently developed the Open Large-scale Korean Audio-Visual Speech (OLKAVS) dataset, which is the largest among publicly available audio-visual speech datasets. The dataset contains 1,150 hours of transcribed audio from 1,107 Korean speakers in a studio setup with nine different viewpoints and various noise situations. We also provide the pre-trained baseline models for two tasks, audio-visual speech recognition and lip reading. We conducted experiments based on the models to verify the effectiveness of multi-modal and multi-view training over uni-modal and frontal-view-only training. We expect the OLKAVS dataset to facilitate multi-modal research in broader areas such as Korean speech recognition, speaker recognition, pronunciation level classification, and mouth motion analysis.

The semiconductor ReSe$_2$ is characterized by a strongly anisotropic optical absorption and is therefore promising as an optically active component in two-dimensional heterostructures. However, the underlying femtosecond dynamics of photoinduced excitations in such materials has not been sufficiently explored. Here, we apply an infrared optical excitation to single-layer ReSe$_2$ grown on a bilayer graphene substrate and monitor the temporal evolution of the excited state signal using time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. We measure an optical gap of $(1.53 \pm 0.02)$ eV, consistent with resonant excitation of the lowest exciton state. The exciton distribution is tunable via the linear polarization of the pump pulse and exhibits a biexponential decay with time constants given by $τ_1 = (110 \pm 10)$ fs and $τ_2 = (650 \pm 70)$ fs, facilitated by recombination via an in-gap state that is pinned at the Fermi level. By extracting the momentum-resolved exciton distribution we estimate its real-space radial extent to be greater than 17.1 Å, implying significant exciton delocalization due to screening from the bilayer graphene substrate.

Model transparency, label correlation learning and the robust-ness to label noise are crucial for multilabel learning. However, few existing methods study these three characteristics simultaneously. To address this challenge, we propose the robust multilabel Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy system (R-MLTSK-FS) with three mechanisms. First, we design a soft label learning mechanism to reduce the effect of label noise by explicitly measuring the interactions between labels, which is also the basis of the other two mechanisms. Second, the rule-based TSK FS is used as the base model to efficiently model the inference relationship be-tween features and soft labels in a more transparent way than many existing multilabel models. Third, to further improve the performance of multilabel learning, we build a correlation enhancement learning mechanism based on the soft label space and the fuzzy feature space. Extensive experiments are conducted to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.

We study two-dimensional de Sitter universe which evolves and proliferates according to the Ginsparg-Perry-Bousso-Hawking mechanism, using Jackiw-Teitelboim gravity coupled to conformal matter. Black holes are generated by quantum gravity effects from pure de Sitter space and then evaporate to yield multiple disjoint de Sitter spaces. The back-reaction from the matter CFT is taken into account for the dilaton as a function of the temperature of the CFT. We discuss the evaporation of black holes and calculate the finite temperature entropy of an inflating region using the island formula. We find that the island moves towards the apparent horizon of the black hole as the temperature increases. The results are applied to the case of multiple evaporating black holes, for which we suggest multiple islands.

These generalize the corresponding results for the 3D axisymmetric Euler equations and should be useful in the study of stability and instability for axisymmetric solutions.

In this study, we investigate the possibility for searching them in the models with different production in the early Universe, without assuming sterile neutrino as full dark matter component. In these models, especially with low-reheating temperature or phase transition, the capture rate per year can be greatly enhanced to be $\mathcal O(10)$ without violating other astrophysical and cosmological observations.

Importance: The prevalence of severe mental illnesses (SMIs) in the United States is approximately 3% of the whole population. The ability to conduct risk screening of SMIs at large scale could inform early prevention and treatment.
Objective: A scalable machine learning based tool was developed to conduct population-level risk screening for SMIs, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, psychosis, and bipolar disorders, using 1) healthcare insurance claims and 2) electronic health records (EHRs).
Design, setting and participants: Data from beneficiaries from a nationwide commercial healthcare insurer with 77.4 million members and data from patients from EHRs from eight academic hospitals based in the U.S. were used. First, the predictive models were constructed and tested using data in case-control cohorts from insurance claims or EHR data. Second, performance of the predictive models across data sources were analyzed. Third, as an illustrative application, the models were further trained to predict risks of SMIs among 18-year old young adults and individuals with substance associated conditions.
Main outcomes and measures: Machine learning-based predictive models for SMIs in the general population were built based on insurance claims and EHR.

We present a study of the resonant structure of the decay $D^0 \to K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$, using quantum-correlated $D^0\bar{D}^0$ data produced at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV. The data sample was collected by the BESIII experiment and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $2.93$ fb$^{-1}$. This study is the first amplitude analysis of a decay mode involving a $K_{\rm L}^0$, which also results in the first measurement of the complex $\textit{U-spin breaking parameters}$ ($\hatρ$) related to various $\mathit{CP}$-eigenstate resonant modes through which the three-body decay proceeds. The moduli of the $\hatρ$ parameters have central values in a wide range from $0.4$ to $12.1$, which indicates substantial U-spin symmetry breaking. We present the fractional resonant contributions and average strong-phase parameters over regions of phase space for both $K_{\rm S}^0π^+π^-$ and $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ modes. We also report the ratio of the branching fractions between $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ and $K_{\rm S}^0π^+π^-$ decay modes and the $\mathit{CP}$-even fraction of the $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ state calculated using the U-spin breaking parameters.

Abstract:
Using $4.7~\rm fb^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data at center-of-mass energies from 4.661 to 4.951 GeV collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we observe the $X(3872)$ production process $e^{+}e^{-}\toωX(3872)$ for the first time. The significance is $7.8σ$, including both the statistical and systematic uncertainties. The $e^+e^-\toωX(3872)$ Born cross section and the corresponding…

The $e^+e^-\toωX(3872)$ Born cross section and the corresponding upper limit at 90\% confidence level at each energy point are reported. The line shape of the cross section indicates that the $ωX(3872)$ signals may be from the decays of some non-trivial structures.

The Cabibbo-allowed weak radiative decay $Λ_{c}^+\to Σ^+γ$ has been searched for in a sample of $Λ_{c}^+\barΛ_{c}^-$ pairs produced in $e^+e^-$ annihilations, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $4.5 \mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.60 and 4.70 GeV. No excess of signal above background is observed, and we set an upper limit on the branching fraction of this decay to be ${\mathcal B}(Λ_{c}^+\to Σ^+γ)<4.4\times10^{-4}$ at a confidence level of 90\%, which is in agreement with Standard Model expectations.

We present the first measurements of the electric and magnetic form factors of the neutron in the time-like (positive $q^2$) region as function of four-momentum transfer. We explored the differential cross sections of the reaction $e^+e^- \rightarrow \bar{n}n$ with data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII accelerator, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 354.6 pb$^{-1}$ in total at twelve center-of-mass energies between $\sqrt{s} = 2.0 - 2.95$ GeV. A relative uncertainty of 18% and 12% for the electric and magnetic form factors, respectively, is achieved at $\sqrt{s} = 2.3935$ GeV. Our results are comparable in accuracy to those from electron scattering in the comparable space-like (negative $q^2$) region of four-momentum transfer. The electromagnetic form factor ratio $R_{\rm em}\equiv |G_E|/|G_M|$ is within the uncertainties close to unity. We compare our result on $|G_E|$ and $|G_M|$ to recent model predictions, and the measurements in the space-like region to test the analyticity of electromagnetic form factors.

Abstract:
A determination of the $C\!P$-even fraction $F_+$ in the decay $D^0 \to K^+K^-π^+π^-$ is presented. Analysis of the relative rates of these double-tagged events yields the result $F_+ = 0.730 \pm 0.037 \pm 0.021$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. This is the first model-independent measurement of $F_+$ in $D^0 \to K^+K^-π^+π^-$ decays.

Abstract:
The first direct measurement of the absolute branching fraction of $Σ^+ \to Λe^+ ν_{e}$ is reported based on an $e^+e^-$ annihilation sample of $(10087\pm44) \times 10^6$ $J/ψ$ events collected with the BESIII detector at $\sqrt{s}=3.097$ GeV. The branching fraction is determined to be ${\mathcal B}(Σ^+ \to Λe^+ ν_{e}) = [2.93\pm0.74(\rm stat) \pm 0.13(\rm syst)]\times 10^{-5}$, which is the most…

The branching fraction is determined to be ${\mathcal B}(Σ^+ \to Λe^+ ν_{e}) = [2.93\pm0.74(\rm stat) \pm 0.13(\rm syst)]\times 10^{-5}$, which is the most precise measurement obtained in a single experiment to date and also the first result obtained at a collider experiment. Combining this result with the world average of ${\mathcal B}(Σ^- \to Λe^- \barν_{e})$ and the lifetimes of $Σ^{\pm}$, the ratio, $\frac{Γ(Σ^- \to Λe^- \barν_{e})}{Γ(Σ^+ \to Λe^+ ν_{e})}$, is determined to be $1.06 \pm 0.28$, which is within 1.8 standard deviations of the value expected in the absence of second-class currents that are forbidden in the Standard Model.
