Abstract:
In the present discussion, we have studied the Z2-grading of quaternion algebra (H). We have made an attempt to extend the quaternion Lie algebra to the graded Lie algebra by using the matrix representations of quaternion units. The generalized Jacobi identities of Z2-graded algebra then result in symmetric graded partners (N1;N2;N3). The graded partner algebra (F) of quaternions (H) thus has been…

The graded partner algebra (F) of quaternions (H) thus has been constructed from this complete set of graded partner units (N1;N2;N3), and N0 = C. Kee** in view the algebraic properties of the graded partner algebra (F), the Z2-graded superspace (Sl;m) of quaternion algebra (H) has been constructed. It has been shown that the antiunitary quaternionic supergroup UUa(l;m;H) describes the isometries of Z2-graded superspace (Sl;m). The Superconformal algebra in D = 4 dimensions is then established, where the bosonic sector of the Superconformal algebra has been constructed from the quaternion algebra (H) and the fermionic sector from the graded partner algebra (F).

Abstract:
Super Poincare algebra in D = 6 space-time dimensions has been analysed in terms of quaternion analyticity of Lorentz group. Starting the connection of quaternion Lorentz group with SO(1; 5) group, the SL(2;H) spinors for Dirac & Weyl representations of Poincare group are described consistently to extend the Poincare algebra to Super Poincare algebra for D = 6 space-time.

According to celebrated Hurwitz theorem, there exists four division algebras consisting of R (real numbers), C (complex numbers), H (quaternions) and O (octonions). Kee** in view the utility of octonion variable we have tried to extend the three dimensional vector analysis to seven dimensional one. Starting with the scalar and vector product in seven dimensions, we have redefined the gradient, divergence and curl in seven dimension. It is shown that the identity n(n-1)(n-3)(n-7)=0 is satisfied only for 0, 1, 3 and 7 dimensional vectors. We have tried to write all the vector inequalities and formulas in terms of seven dimensions and it is shown that same formulas loose their meaning in seven dimensions due to non-associativity of octonions. The vector formulas are retained only if we put certain restrictions on octonions and split octonions.
