We present the results of broadband observations of comet P/2019 LD2 (ATLAS) performed at the Sanglokh observatory of the Institute of Astrophysics, National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan for 5 nights in August 2020. The dependence of the Afrho parameters of the comet on the aperture radius is measured. We obtained the coma corrected upper limit of the cometary radius Rn not more than 6.1 +- 0.1 km and calculated the absolute magnitude H0 = 11.41 +- 0.03. Finson - Probstein diagram method was used to explain a dust tail appearance. A subgroup of comets with orbital parameters close to P/2019 LD2 (ATLAS) is analyzed.

For observations, we used the 0.7-m reflector AZT-8 with the FLI PL4710 CCD camera and filters of the Johnson-Cousins photometric system. From our images, we measured the objects astrometric positions, calculated apparent magnitudes in the BVRI (mostly R) bands using the aperture photometry method, and found the absolute magnitudes together with the colour indices in several bands. Analysing our results, we investigate the limitation on the astrometry and photometry of faint objects with the 0.7-m telescope.

We present results of two-year photometric monitoring of Comet C/2011 J2 (LINEAR) that spans the time period from February 2013 through December 2014, before and after perihelion passage. The observations were conducted with broadband R filter. Analysis of observations of Comet C/2011 J2 (LINEAR) allows estimating the nucleus radius as function of geometric albedo and phase-darkening coefficient. Furthermore, our observations showed split of the comet. Fragment (B) additional to the primary C/2011 J2 nucleus was unambiguously detected; relative velocity is estimated to be near 0.17 ''/day. We derive the Afrho parameter and estimate the dust production rate in Comet C/2011 J2 (LINEAR) over the entire run of observations. We found a noticeable increase in Afrho parameter between September 18, 2014 and November 5, 2014, epoch when the nucleus presumably got split. On September 28, 2014, we observed a transit of the 16-magnitude star (USNO-A2 1275-18299027) near nucleus of the Comet C/2011 J2 (LINEAR). We retrieve the optical depth of the coma 0.034. The filling factor f that corresponds to such optical depth is in good quantitative agreement with the value that can be derived from the Afrho parameter under reasonable assumption on geometric albedo of cometary dust.

Dynamically different groups of comets and active asteroids with orbits at 2 - 5 a. u. show dust activity in varying degrees and forms. Photometric study and comparison of physical parameters can help to classify mechanisms and nature of the activity for such objects. We present new observations using broadband photometry of 15 active objects in the main asteroid belt and surrounding regions obtained during 2012 - 2016. The study aims to compare the physical properties of main-belt comets (MBCs), quasi-Hilda comets (QHCs), and active asteroids (AAs). The observations were carried out with the 0.7-m telescope of the Kyiv Comet Station, Ukraine, and with the 1.23-m telescope at the Calar Alto Observatory, Spain, using BVR broadband filters. Upper limits for the nuclear radii, Afrho parameters, and color indices were measured. The results of 2012 - 2016 observations suggest that there exist systematic differences in the physical parameters of MBCs and QHCs.

No connections of cometary flares with cyclic variations of solar activity indexes were found. But some individual solar flares can affect the brightness of comets. Cometary objects in the main asteroid belt have a lower statistic of flares than comets at orbits like quasi-Hilda objects.

Laser communication has advances in compared with radio frequency communication as result of much high carrier frequency from ultraviolet to near infrared. Very narrow laser beam is possible to form with very high power density. But laser beam has high destruction and attenuation on clouds, turbulence, scattering on aerosols and molecules of the atmosphere. Low Earth orbits (LEO), Middling Earth orbits (MEO) and partly Geosynchronous Earth orbit (GSO) satellites moving on the sky and laser light from satellites moves across different turbulence conditions of the atmosphere, clouds, molecules of the atmosphere H2O, O2, N2, CO, O3 and other. We performed unique experiments with propagation of laser beams from beacon of OPALE terminal of ARTEMIS satellite through thin clouds. We have found that small part of laser radiation is received from ahead point there the satellite will be after time of propagation of laser radiation from the satellite to telescope. It is in accordance with theory of relativity for aberration of light during transition from moving to not moving coordinate systems. It is positive effect for laser communication through the atmosphere and clouds because will be possible to develop a system for reduce of the atmosphere turbulence during of laser communication from ground to the satellites. The interest is what will be during propagation of laser radiation from the satellite through strong clouds. The detail descriptions of laser experiment with ARTEMIS GSO satellite through strong clouds and estimations of the laser power through strong clouds are presented in this paper. Accordingly we must search the optimal wave lengths and power of lasers for performs laser communication in different cloudy conditions.

Such dispersion cannot be characterized with an average color slope. We also observe Comet C/2013 UQ4 (Catalina) in infrared using Spitzer and find no significant CO/CO$_{2}$ gaseous species in its coma. Therefore, we classify Comet C/2013 UQ4 (Catalina) as a dust-rich comet and attribute the measured color slope to its dust. We analyze the color slope using the model of agglomerated debris particles and conclude that the C/2013 UQ4 coma was chemically heterogeneous, consisting of at least two components. The first component producing the bluest color is consistent with Mg-rich silicates. There are three different options for the second component producing the reddest color. This color is consistent with either Mg-Fe silicates, kerogen type II, or organic matter processed with a low dose of UV radiation.

The spin filtering effect of the electron current in a double-barrier resonant-tunneling diode (RTD) consisting of ZnMnSe semimagnetic layers has been studied theoretically. The influence of the distribution of the magnesium ions on the coefficient of the spin polarization of the electron current has been investigated. The dependence of the spin filtering degree of the electron current on the external magnetic field and the bias voltage has been obtained. The effect of the total spin polarization of the electron current has been predicted. This effect is characterized by total suppression of the spin-up component of electron current, that takes place when the Fermi level coincides with the lowest Landau level for spin-up electrons in the RTD semimagnetic emitter.
