In this article we present an innovative mental vision for creating uniform rolling and sliding motions for a circle along another circle . Also, we describe methods to combine rolling and sliding motions through VRCT in order to plotting centered trochoids and co-centered ellipses. Traditional mathematical perspective for creating centered trochoids through the pure rolling process for a circle along another circle is changed to a novel mathematical perspective which is based on the combination of uniform rolling and sliding motions of a circle along another one. In this novel vision we have not to define a centered trochoid as a traced path of an attached point to a pure rolling circle along another circle. Instead, a centered trochoid can be defined as a traced path by a certain point on the circumference of a rolling and sliding circle along another circle . Also, through this vision an ellipse can be visualized as a closed plane curve that is the product of uniform combination of rolling and sliding motions due to superposition of two co-polarized rotational motions with different commensurable angular frequencies! Detailed points in the process of plotting centered trochoids and ellipses through the combination of rolling and sliding operations are observable directly by application an innovative instrument that we have named it mechanical Oscilloscope. The function of our device is independent from any other electronic devices such as computer and does not require programming to plot centered trochoids and ellipses.

Rodent stroke models are important for evaluating treatments and understanding the pathophysiology and behavioral changes of brain ischemia, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a valuable tool for measuring outcome in preclinical studies. Brain extraction is an essential first step in most neuroimaging pipelines; however, it can be challenging in the presence of severe pathology and when dataset quality is highly variable. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) can improve accuracy and reduce operator time, facilitating high throughput preclinical studies. As part of an ongoing preclinical stroke imaging study, we developed a deep-learning mouse brain extraction tool by using a U-net CNN. While previous studies have evaluated U-net architectures, we sought to evaluate their practical performance across data types. We ask how performance is affected with data across: six imaging centers, two time points after experimental stroke, and across four MRI contrasts. We trained, validated, and tested a typical U-net model on 240 multimodal MRI datasets including quantitative multi-echo T2 and apparent diffusivity coefficient (ADC) maps, and performed qualitative evaluation with a large preclinical stroke database (N=1,368). We describe the design and development of this system, and report our findings linking data characteristics to segmentation performance. We consistently found high accuracy and ability of the U-net architecture to generalize performance in a range of 95-97% accuracy, with only modest reductions in performance based on lower fidelity imaging hardware and brain pathology. This work can help inform the design of future preclinical rodent imaging studies and improve their scalability and reliability.

While ischemic stroke is a leading cause of death worldwide, there has been little success translating putative cerebroprotectants from rodent preclinical trials to human patients. We investigated computational image-based assessment tools for practical improvement of the quality, scalability, and outlook for large scale preclinical screening for potential therapeutic interventions in rodent models. We developed, evaluated, and deployed a pipeline for image-based stroke outcome quantification for the Stroke Preclinical Assessment Network (SPAN), a multi-site, multi-arm, multi-stage study evaluating a suite of cerebroprotectant interventions. Our fully automated pipeline combines state-of-the-art algorithmic and data analytic approaches to assess stroke outcomes from multi-parameter MRI data collected longitudinally from a rodent model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), including measures of infarct volume, brain atrophy, midline shift, and data quality. We applied our approach to 1,368 scans and report population level results of lesion extent and longitudinal changes from injury. We validated our system by comparison with both manual annotations of coronal MRI slices and tissue sections from the same brain, using crowdsourcing from blinded stroke experts from the network. Our results demonstrate the efficacy and robustness of our image-based stroke assessments. The pipeline may provide a promising resource for ongoing rodent preclinical studies conducted by SPAN and other networks in the future.

Because of these two masses, an application of a magnetic field in a system induces electric charge and current densities in the system. Frank Wilczek axion electrodynamics is derived from this new electrodynamics bearing a quantum signature. A new version of Maxwell-Proca equations that are invariant under the gauge transformations is derived from the new electrodynamics. New electric and magnetic fields that are different from the standard formalism are proposed to describe massive electrodynamics. Axion electrodynamics are shown to be equivalent to Proca electrodynamics. The energy and momentum conservation equations are not influenced by the quaternionic mass.

A quantum force acting on the particle is found to be proportional to its velocity. Air-stable semiconducting inks suitable for complementary logic are key to create low-power printed integrated circuits (ICs). High-performance printable electronic inks with two-dimensional materials have the potential to enable the next generation of high performance, low-cost printed digital electronics. Here we demonstrate air-stable, low voltage (< 5 V) operation of inkjet-printed n-type molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and p-type indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole (IDT-BT) field-effect transistors (FETs), estimating a switching time of τ ~ 3.3 μs for the MoS2 FETs. We achieve this by engineering high-quality MoS2 and air-stable IDT-BT inks suitable for inkjet-printing complementary pairs of n-type MoS2 and p-type IDT-BT FETs. We then integrate MoS2 and IDT-BT FETs to realise inkjet-printed complementary logic inverters with a voltage gain |Av| ~ 4 when in resistive load configuration and |Av| ~ 1.36 in complementary configuration. These results represent a key enabling step towards ubiquitous long-term stable, low-cost printed digital ICs.

The eigenfunction is found to satisfy the quantum Telegraph equation kee** the form of the particle fixed but decaying its amplitude. An analogy with Maxwellian equations is presented. Massive electromagnetic field will satisfy a quantum Telegraph equation instead of a pure wave equation. This equation resembles the motion of the electromagnetic field in a conducting medium. With a particular setting of the scalar and vector wavefunctions, the dual quantum equations are found to yield the quantized Maxwell's equations. The total energy of the particle is related to the phase velocity ($v_p$) of the wave representing it by $E=p\,|v_p|$\,, where $p$ is the matter wave momentum. A particular solution which describes the process under which the particle undergoes a creation and annihilation is derived. The force acting on the moving particle is expressed in a dual Lorentz-like form. If the particle moves like a fluid, a dissipative (drag) quantum force will arise.

Massive electrodynamics for London's superconductivity and Josephson effect are derived. The propagation of massive boson inside a medium yields electric phenomena that are reflected in the Josephson effect. Critical force, magnetic field and temperature are found to be related to the critical current of the junction. The mass of the boson depends only on the critical current of the junction. The electromagnetic interaction between the Cooper pairs in the two sides of the superconductor in the josephson junction is mediated by a massive boson. The propagation of the electromagnetic waves mediated by the massive bosons gives rise to the electric properties of the Josephson junction. Of these properties are a quantized resistance of Hall type corresponding to a non-quantized magnetic flux, and a quantized capacitance. A non zero magnetic flux encompassing a magnetic charge is found to arise despite the fact that it is not a priori assumed.

Relying on these transformations, a quantized Josephson-like current is derived. This current gives rise to a residual magnetic field. The spatial and temporal variations of the scalar field are linked to the electric polarization such that the polarization vector is curl-less.

Assuming the radiation emitted by an accelerating charge follows the Unruh radiation, we obtained the characteristics of the de Broglie wave associated with the accelerating charge. The de Broglie wavelength of the accelerating charged particle is found to be inversely proportional to the temperature of the emitted radiation. Merging the Abraham-Lorentz and Unruh formulae shows that the particle de Broglie wavelength is found to vary inversely with its acceleration. It is found to have the same structure as that of the Wien's displacement law relating the maximum wavelength of the Black Body radiation to its temperature. A maximum acceleration that a charged particle can attain is derived that sets a limit to the the maximum electric field. The Abraham-Lorentz force for a black hole radiation is found to be proportional to its evaporation rate. The final mass of the black hole left-over is found to be $\sqrt{\frac{α\hbar c}{24 πG} }$, where $G$ is the gravitational constant, $c$ the speed of light, $h=2π\hbar$ is the Planck constant, and $α$ is the fine structure constant. The minimum entropy and spin of the black hole emitting Hawking radiation are, respectively, found to be $(α/6) k_B$ and $(α/6)\hbar$. The presently observed universal acceleration is a manifestation of the Unruh black body temperature of $10^{-29}K$. This agrees with the black body radiation temperature ($T$) relating $TR=const.$ prevailing since the time of the big bang, where $R$ is the universe radius.

By expressing the Schrödinger wave function in the form $ψ=Re^{iS/\hbar}$, where $R$ and $S$ are real functions, we have shown that the expectation value of $S$ is conserved. The amplitude of the wave ($R$) is found to satisfy the Schrödinger equation while the phase ($S$) is related to the energy conservation. Besides the quantum potential that depends on $R$, \emph{viz.}, $V_Q=-\frac{\hbar^2}{2m}\frac{\nabla^2R}{R}$\,, we have obtained a phase potential $V_S=-\frac{S\nabla^2S}{m}$ that depends on the phase $S$ derivative. The phase force is a dissipative force. The quantum potential may be attributed to the interaction between the two subfields $S$ and $R$ comprising the quantum particle. This results in splitting (creation/annihilation) of these subfields, each having a mass $mc^2$ with an internal frequency of $2mc^2/\hbar$, satisfying the original wave equation and endowing the particle its quantum nature. The mass of one subfield reflects the interaction with the other subfield. If in Bohmian ansatz $R$ satisfies the Klein-Gordon equation, then $S$ must satisfies the wave equation. Conversely, if $R$ satisfies the wave equation, then $S$ yields the Einstein relativistic energy momentum equation.

This mass is quantized and is given by $m_{*n}^2=m_ω^2\left(n_r^2-1-β\,\left(n+1\right)\right)\,,$ where $m_ω=\frac{\hbarω}{c^2}\,,$ $β=\frac{2mc^2}{\hbar\,ω}\, $, $n$, is the oscillator index, and $n_r$ is the refractive index in which the oscillator travels. The harmonic oscillator in 3+1 dimensions is found to have a total energy of $E_{*n}=(n+1)\,\hbar\,ω$, where $ω$ is the oscillator frequency. A Lorentz invariant solution for the oscillator is also obtained. The time coordinate is found to contribute a term $-\frac{1}{2}\,\hbar\,ω$ to the total energy. The squared interval of a massive oscillator (wave) depends on the medium in which it travels. Massless oscillators have null light cone. The interval of a quantum oscillator is found to be determined by the equation, $c^2t^2-r^2=λ^2_c(1-n_r^2)$, where $λ_c$ is the Compton wavelength. The space-time inside a medium appears to be curved for a massive wave (field) propagating in it.

Magnetic energy transport associated with magnetic field only is found to flow along the velocity direction and a direction normal to it. The temperature is transmitted like an electromagnetic wave traveling at the speed of light. Thermoelectric and thermomagnetic polarizations are induced in the medium that are directly proportional to the temperature. An electronic transport due to temperature variations only and without electric or magnetic field is found to be accessible. The complex Lorentz force is introduced and extended to include magnetic scalar. This scalar is found to be associated with a prevailing magnetic field permeating the whole space. It also introduce an extra force in Lorentz complex force. The magnetic scalar is associated with the vacuum energy. The Proca-Maxwell's massive electrodynamics is derived from the extend current-density transformations. Proca-Maxwell's theory is found to be invariant under the extended gauge transformations (current-charge density). The Lorenz gauge condition is shown to express the photon charge conservation. Any violation of Lorenz gauge (photon charge) or electronic charge conservation would lead to spin zero scalar particles. This is manifested in superconductivity. The total charge comprising the electron and photon is always conserved. Owing to superconductivity, the photon charge is related to electron charge by $e_p=\sqrt{\frac{m_p}{m_e}}\,\,e$. Photons inside superconductors are shown to be massive. It is shown that Maxwell's equations expressed in complex form are more convenient to study duality transformations.

Hence, planets during their evolution exchange $L$ and $S$ until they reach a final stability at which $MS\propto mL$, or $S\propto \frac{m^2}{v}$, where $v$ is the orbital velocity of the planet.
Rotational properties of our planetary system and exoplanets are in agreement with our predictions.

The analogy with Maxwell's equations requires that the inertial fields are $\vec{E}_D=c^2\vecα\times\vecψ$, and $\vec{B}_D=\vecα\,ψ_0+cβ\,\vecψ$ and that $ψ_0=-cβ\,\vecα\cdot\vecψ$, where $β$, $\vecα$ and $c$ are the Dirac matrices and the speed of light, respectively. An alternative solution suggests that magnetic monopole-like behavior accompanies Dirac's field. In this formulation, a field-like representation of Dirac's particle is derived. It is shown that when the vector field of the particle, $\vecψ$, is normal to the vector $\vecα$, Dirac's field represents a medium with maximal conductivity. The energy flux (Poynting vector) of the Dirac's fields is found to flow in opposite direction to the particle's motion. A system of equivalently symmetrized Maxwell's equations is introduced. A longitudinal (scalar) wave traveling at speed of light is found to accompany magnetic charges flow. This wave is not affected by presence of electric charges and currents. The Lorentz boost transformations of the matter fields are equivalent to $c\vecψ\,' =c\vecψ\pmβ\vecα\,ψ_0\,,ψ_0\,'=ψ_0\mp cβ\vecα\cdot\vecψ\,.$

The sequences of the observed FQHE conductivity and charge are explained. The two sequences are found to express a quantity and its complex conjugated partner. The oscillator is found to have two degenerates states, $ψ_n$, with angular momenta $\pm \,n\,\hbar$\,, where $h = 2π\hbar $ is the Planck's constant, and $n$ is the principal quantum number of the oscillator. The filling factor, $i$, that Klitzing has found for the integer quantum Hall effect (IQHE) is $i=n+1$. Analytical expressions for longitudinal resistance and Hall's voltage are obtained. The width of the plateau between two states is found to be $ΔB=\frac{1}{n(n+1)}\,\frac{n_sh}{e}\,,$ where $n_s$ is the electron number density.

While the UQWEs represent a matter wave (de Broglie), the Maxwell equations represent a transverse wave (field). Owing to UQWEs, the spin-0 and spin-1/2 particle are described by a wavepacket consisting of waves traveling to the left and to the right with speed of light. UQWEs show that spin-0 and spin-1/2 are in continuous states of creation and annihilation that are compatible with Heisenberg uncertainty relation. The creation - annihilation process is a result of the time translation property of the particle wavefunction. These are $E'=E-im_0c^2$ and $E'=E\pm m_0c^2$, for Klein-Gordon' and Dirac' particles, respectively. It is found that $\frac{\hbar}{m_0c^2}$ is the period of the creation -annihilation process.

While the ordinary Newton law of gravitation failed, a generalized version yields similar results. We have shown here that these effects can be accounted for as due to the existence of gravitomagnetism only, and not necessarily due to the curvature of space time. Or alternatively, gravitomagnetism is equivalent to a curved space-time. The precession of the perihelion of planets and binary pulsars may be interpreted as due to the spin of the orbiting planet ($m$) about the Sun ($M$)\,. The spin ($S$) of planets is found to be related to their orbital angular momentum ($L$) by a simple formula, \emph{viz}., $S\propto \,\frac{m}{M}L$\,.

This reduces to the massless Klein-Gordon equation, if we replace $\frac{\partial}{\partial t}\to\frac{\partial}{\partial t}+\frac{m_0c^2}{\hbar}$. For a plane wave solution the angular frequency is complex and is given by $\vecω_\pm=i\frac{m_0c^2}{\hbar}\pm c\vec{k} $, where $\vec{k}$ is the propagation constant vector. This equation is in agreement with the Einstein energy-momentum formula. The spin of the particle is obtained from the interaction of the particle with the photon field.

We have derived energy conservation equations from the quaternionic Newton's law that is compatible with Lorentz transformation. This Newton's law yields directly the Euler equation and other equations governing the fluid motion. With this formalism, the pressure contributes positively to the dynamics of the system in the same way mass does. Hydrodynamic equations are derived from Maxwell's equations by adopting an electromagnetohydrodynamics (EMH) analogy. In this analogy the hydroelectric field is related to the local acceleration of the fluid and the Lorentz gauge is related to the incompressible fluid condition. An analogous Lorentz gauge in hydrodynamics is proposed. We have shown that the vorticity of the fluid is developed whenever the particle local acceleration of the fluid deviates from the velocity direction. We have also shown that Lorentz force in electromagnetism corresponds to Euler force in fluids. Moreover, we have obtained Gauss's, Faraday's and Ampere's -like laws in Hydrodynamics.

The model exhibits many interesting cosmological features. Inflation proceeds du to the presence of bulk viscosity and dark energy without requiring the equation of state $p=-ρ$. During the inflationary era the energy density ($ρ$) does not remain constant, as in the de-Sitter type. Moreover, the cosmological and gravitational constants increase exponentially with time, whereas the energy density and viscosity decrease exponentially with time. The rate of mass creation during inflation is found to be very huge suggesting that all matter in the universe was created during inflation.

We have investigated a cosmological model of a phantom energy with a variable cosmological constant ($Λ$) depending on the energy density ($ρ$) as $Λ\propto ρ^{-α}$, $α=\rm const.$ and a variable gravitational constant ($G$). The model requires $α<0$ and a negative gravitational constant. A negative gravitational constant may forbid \emph{black holes} to form a particle horizon in a background of phantom energy. This implies that black holes are naked, and consequently the \emph{Cosmic Censorship} theorem is violated. The cosmological constant evolves with time as, $Λ\propto t^{-2}$. For $ω>-1$ and $α<-1$ the cosmological constant, $Λ<0$, $G>0$ and $ρ$ decrease with cosmic expansion. For ordinary matter (or dark matter), i.e., $ω>-1$ we have $-1<α<0$ and $β>0$ so that $G>0$ increases with time and $ρ$ decreases with time. Cosmic acceleration with dust particles is granted provided $-{2/3}<α<0$ and $Λ>0$.

We have studied the evolution of the Universe in the generalized Einstein action of the form $R+βR^2$, where $R$ is the scalar curvature and $β=\rm const.$. We have found exact cosmological solutions that predict the present cosmic acceleration. These models also allow an inflationary de-Sitter era occurring in the early Universe. The cosmological constant ($Λ$) is found to decay with the Hubble constant ($H$) as, $Λ\propto H^4$. In this scenario the cosmological constant varies quadratically with the energy density ($ρ$), i.e., $Λ\propto ρ^2$. Such a variation is found to describe a two-component cosmic fluid in the Universe. One of the component accelerated the Universe in the early era, and the other in the present era. The scale factor of the Universe varies as $a\sim t^{n}$, $n=1/2$ in the radiation era. The cosmological constant vanishes when $n=4/3$ and $n=1/2$. We have found that the inclusion of the term $R^2$ mimics a cosmic matter that could substitute the ordinary matter.

We have analyzed a nonsingular model with a variable cosmological term following the Carvalho {\it et al}. ansatz. The model was shown to approximate to the model of Freese {\it et al}. in one direction and to the Özer-Taha in the other. We have then included the effect of viscosity in this cosmology, as this effect has not been considered before. The analysis showed that this viscous effect could be important with a present contribution to the cosmic pressure, at most, of order of that of radiation. The model puts a stronger upper bound on the baryonic matter than that required by the standard model. A variable gravitational and cosmological constant were then introduced in a scenario which conserves the energy and momentum in the presence of bulk viscosity. The result of the analysis reveals that various models could be viscous. A noteworthy result is that some nonsingular closed models evolve asymptotically into a singular viscous one. The considered models solve for many of the standard model problems. Though the introduction of bulk viscosity results in the creation of particles, this scenario conserves energy and momentum. As in the standard model the entropy remains constant. We have not explained the generation of bulk viscosity but some workers attributes this to neutrinos. Though the role of viscosity today is minute it could, nevertheless, have had an important contribution at early times. We have shown that these models encompass many of the old and recently proposed models, in particular, Brans-Dicke, Dirac, Freese {\it et al}., Berman, Abdel Rahman and Kalligas {\it et al}. models. Hence we claim that the introduction of bulk viscosity enriches the adopted cosmology.

Abstract:
We have investigated the implications of Quantum Mechanics to macroscopic scale. Evaporation of Black Holes and evolution of pulsars may be one of the consequences of this conjecture. The two equations GM=Rc^2 and GM^2=hc where R and M are the radius and the mass of the universe, are governing the evolution of the universe throughout its entire cosmic expansion, provided that the appropriate Pla…

We have investigated the implications of Quantum Mechanics to macroscopic scale. Evaporation of Black Holes and evolution of pulsars may be one of the consequences of this conjecture. The two equations GM=Rc^2 and GM^2=hc where R and M are the radius and the mass of the universe, are governing the evolution of the universe throughout its entire cosmic expansion, provided that the appropriate Planck constant is chosen. The existence of very large values of physical quantities are found to be due to cosmic quantization. We predict a constant residual acceleration of the order 10^{-7}cm s^{-2} acting on all objects at the present time.

During some epochs the energy density of the universe remained constant and the universe remained static. In the radiation dominated epoch the radiation field satisfies Stefan's formula while the scale factor varies linearly with time. The model enhances the formation of the structure in the universe as observed today.

We have studied a cosmological model with a cosmological term of the form $Λ=3α\fr{\dot R^2}{R^2}+\bt\fr{\ddot R}{R}+\fr{3γ}{R^2} α, \
\bt γ$ are constants. The scale factor (R) is found to vary linearly with time for both radiation and matter dominated epochs.
The cosmological constant is found to decrease as $t^{-2}$ and the rate of particle creation is smaller than the Steady State value.
The model gives $Ω^Λ=\fr{1}{3}$ and $Ω^m=\fr{2}{3}$ in the present era,
$Ω^Λ=Ω^m=\fr{1}{2}$ in the radiation era.
The present age of the universe $(\rm t_p$) is found to be $\rm t_p=H_p^{-1}$ , where $\rm H_p$ is the Hubble constant.
The model is free from the main problems of the Standard Model. Since the scale factor $\rm R\propto t$ during the entire evolution of the universe the ratio of the cosmological constant at the Planck and present time is $\rm\fr{Λ_{Pl}}{Λ_p}=10^{120}$.
This decay law justifies why, today, the cosmological constant is exceedingly small.
